I’m excited you’re here!
What is Psychosynthesis?
Psychosynthesis is a personal growth modality rooted in psychology and Eastern philosophy that enables you to heal outmoded personality strategies that are no longer serving you.
Psychosynthesis enables you to uncover your true self as you learn to move through life with greater ease and resilience.
Why coaching?
Psychosynthesis coaching is great for introspective and motivated individuals who want to
learn better communication skills
accelerate their personal growth
create more balance
have better emotional boundaries
change careers or retire with intentionality.
It can also be supportive for
artists struggling with creative blocks
those interested in beginning or deepening a meditation practice
individuals who are unsure of their next steps in life
anyone wanting to find a greater sense of wholeness and fulfillment in their lives.
How does it work? How is it different from therapy?
Through collaborative inquiry, we explore what is most meaningful and urgent for you.
Therapy often focuses on healing from the past while a typical coaching session can be quite structured and usually focuses on specific future goals.
With grounding exercises, guided imagery, curiosity, creativity, inward reflection, and “parts work” you can find more balance and wholeness.
By igniting your will, you can take steps and make needed changes to create the life you want.
The work is engaging and can be fun!
You can learn practical tools to use in daily life.
Who created it?
Dr. Roberto Assagioli (1888-1974), the founder of psychosynthesis, cultivated an inclusive and holistic view of human nature. The tools are used for self-actualization.
Psychosynthesis is not something new. Assagioli’s pioneering vision dates back to 1910.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) founder, Richard Schwartz, often acknowledges that Dr. Assagioli was one of the first to introduce subpersonality “parts work” into the field of psychology.
